Trabaho Alay sa Kabataang Pinoy

Unemployment among the youth is a pressing problem. Young people are supposed to form the backbone of a progressive and prosperous Philippines but if the youth are not given opportunities, their potentials will not be realized and harnessed for the betterment of the country.

Trabaho Alay sa Kabataang Pinoy hopes to do its part in addressing this issue. A series of job fairs aims to address the increasing unemployment rate among the youth by providing a venue for easy access with potential employers.

It also aims to deepen the commitment of the Kabataang Liberal ng Pilipinas (KALIPI) in serving the Filipino youth. KALIPI has been active in the political scene for the last 17 years, but this time it hope to directly engage the youth on issues that concern them more directly.

This project will be launched on 21 August 2006 in different cities in the country as part of its 17th year anniversary celebration of KALIPI’s founding. The project will be in coordination with KALIPI local chapters, LP local leaders, local employment agencies and companies.

To all individuals aged 18-30 years old, we are encouraging you to come and submit your applications to the participating companies.
